BT-ER tool holder

The clamping inner hole is precision-ground using a high-speed inner aperture grinder and inspected with a pneumatic measurement instrument, ensuring a big end contact area rate above 90%. Made of 20CrMnTi, it has a hardness of 56-60 HRC and a carburizing depth >0.8mm. Compatible with BT/SK/CAT/HSK/NT/VDI/MT shanks, taper tolerance ≤AT3. Fully balanced to G6.3/12000rpm, G2.5/20000rpm, 25000rpm, and 30000rpm. Undergoes 196℃ cryogenic treatment to transform residual austenite into martensite, followed by thermal stress relief to eliminate grinding residual stress.
