5-axis vertical machining center is specifically designed for processing complex curved surfaces. It is commonly used in industries such as aviation, aerospace, military, scientific research, precision instruments, high-precision medical equipment, etc..

1. The key components of this machine, such as the bed, slider, crossbeam, and spindle box, are all made of MEEHANITE  castings,

    The X/Y axis adopts a gantry structure with stable organization, and the casting machine has high rigidity and strength, with excellent geometric accuracy.

2.The A/C axis cradle turntable adopts a double support structure to ensure high rigidity.

3. Optimal cooling system and high-speed spindle

4. The positioning accuracy of the three axes is completely achieved using the VDI3441 statistical method.

5. The X/Y/Z axis adopts a linear guide rail, which has the characteristics of high rigidity, low noise, and low friction, and can achieve rapid displacement and the excellent circular accuracy.

6. Rapid displacement X/Y/Z: 36/36/36m/min.

7. The spindle adopts precision grade bevel ball bearings with high speed and precision, and the standard speed can reach 18000rpm.

8. The electrical box adopts a side hanging design to save space and maximize the use of limited space.
